Preferred Management Services Office Update
Dear Property Owners,
As we send this email we hope that everyone and their families are doing well and staying warm. This last week’s weather has been very stressful for all of us. Most families experienced power outages, little to no water, and sketchy internet and cell service. Many have experienced damage to their homes and/or workplace.
The office of Preferred Management suffered extreme damage and we lost email, phones, and power. Today we're able to restore emails and we hope to have phone service by early next week. A few of our team members are still without power today. During the time that our office undergoes mitigation of damages and build back, our team will be working remotely.
You may continue to communicate with us via email and we will update everyone once our phones are restored. We will continue to send emails to communicate any Association information that we need to share with the members.
We would like to thank you for your understanding and hope that everyone is able to get back to normalcy very soon.
